Brown is my Love

Brown is my Love, but graceful:

And each renowned whiteness,

Matched with her lovely brown loseth its brightness.

Fair is my Love, but scornful,

Yet have I seen despisèd

Dainty white lilies, and sad flowers well prizèd.
