A traveler's serenity

About vileness

no one should complain;

for it is a power in itself,

as many may tell you.

In the maladjusted it presides

with the highest success,

and with the just, it operates

entirely as it wishes.

Traveler! against such misery

will you bristle?

Whirlwind and dry excrement -

let them twist and raise the dust.
