Lots of luck for the journey, swallows!

Lots of luck for the journey, swallows!

You are hurrying, a large flock,

To the beautiful, warm south

In joyous, bold flight.

I would very much like to make

The journey with you once,

To see the thousands of wonders

That every kingdom offers to us.

But I would always return;

No matter how beautiful

Each country is, and full of wonders,

I would come back to my homeland!
